Remco 15.1 L/min 100psi 12v Pump

The Remco 15.1 L/min pump is designed for a wide range of applications including agricultural chemicals, fresh water, and de-icing fluids. It is suitable for most non-corrosive liquids; however, always confirm chemical compatibility with TTi’s compatibility chart before use to prevent damage to internal pump components.

While the Remco pump can run dry without damage, it is not intended for extended continuous operation. To maximise service life, avoid overheating by allowing periodic rest intervals during prolonged use and ensure adequate ventilation around the pump.

For best results, use TTi’s compatible hoses and fittings that match the ¾” quick-attach connections. A pressure gauge is also recommended to monitor system performance, and a suction filter will help protect the pump from debris and extend its life.

Position the pump as close as possible to the liquid source, keeping the suction line short and free of sharp bends to improve priming and flow. Ensure all fittings are airtight to prevent air leaks that could reduce suction performance.

Regularly inspect the pump body and fittings for signs of wear or leaks. Clean the inlet filter frequently to prevent blockages, and flush the system with clean water after use to remove residues. Store the pump in a dry, protected location away from direct sunlight when not in use.
