The LiquidLocker™ dramatically reduces liquid surge inside the tank, helping to prevent sloshing that can cause instability during transport. This results in smoother handling, improved control, and enhanced safety—especially on uneven or off-road terrain.

The LiquidLocker™ is designed for minimal maintenance. Periodically inspect it for signs of wear or damage, particularly if used with aggressive or abrasive liquids. When cleaning, use mild soap and water only—avoid harsh chemicals that could degrade the material.

The LiquidLocker™ is designed to fit through standard tank openings and can be installed in most TTi tanks. However, ensure that your tank’s internal dimensions can accommodate the 380mm unit before installation. Refer to the tank specifications for confirmation.

While the LiquidLocker™ provides exceptional stability benefits, it occupies approximately 1.7% of your tank’s total volume. For tanks where maximum capacity is critical, consider this minor volume offset in your planning.

No additional accessories are required. The LiquidLocker™ is supplied in two halves that simply click together before being inserted through the tank lid opening, making installation quick and tool-free.
