TTi’s boomless nozzle kits are perfect for rough terrain and hard-to-reach areas. They allow you to target those areas that standard booms cant get to, whether it be from trees, fences, pylons or uneven ground. The boomless range is well designed to give a consistent and even spray pattern. The boomless sprayer comes with interchangeable plates. With a quick and easy plate change, you can turn your sprayer from a 180-degree swath to a 90-degree swath to give the user greater control over their spraying and reduce chemical usage by not spraying areas unnecessarily.

FAQs

Can I use the Boomless Nozzle Kit with my existing sprayer setup?

The kit works with many sprayer platforms, including ATVs, linkage sprayers, and utes. Confirm that your setup has solid mounting points and a pump that meets the required flow rate for consistent output.

What is the recommended height for mounting the nozzle for best performance?

Position the nozzle between 0.5 m and 1.0 m above the ground. This range supports stable coverage and an even spray pattern.

Can I adjust the spray width while in the field?

You can swap the nozzle plates to move between a 180° pattern and a 90° pattern. This gives you flexibility when conditions or targets change.

What should I do if I experience uneven spraying?

Verify the mounting height and angle first. Confirm that your pump delivers at least 11 L/min. Check for blockages or worn plates that may restrict flow or distort the pattern.

Are there any specific maintenance tips for the brass components of the nozzle kit?

Inspect brass parts for corrosion or wear. Use a non-corrosive cleaner that suits your chemical type. Avoid water if it risks damage to components exposed to fuel-based products.

Can I use this nozzle kit for other applications outside of locust control?

The kit suits broad-acre and rough-country spraying. It can support other agricultural jobs if the chemicals match the material tolerances of the system.
